Frequently asked questions
How do I erase my Apple Watch before selling?
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, choose "All Watches", tap the (i) next to your watch and choose "Unpair Apple Watch". Your iPhone asks for your Apple ID password and turns off the activation lock. No iPhone at hand? We erase the watch together with you in the store.
Which Apple Watch models do you buy?

Do you also buy a broken Apple Watch?

Should I include the band and the charger?
You may, but you do not have to — the watch alone is fine. Original accessories and the box are noted during the assessment.
How and when do I get paid?
In the store you are paid right after the inspection, cash or bank transfer — your choice. If you mail the watch in, payout follows after receipt and inspection.
What happens to my data?
Unpairing erases the Apple Watch completely. Before purchase we also check the serial number and the activation lock.
