Drop it off in-store, mail it in, or arrange a pickup — whatever suits your organisation best.
4. Repair
Every device is repaired and tracked by IMEI or serial number, so you know exactly what happened to which device.
5. VAT invoice
You receive one clear invoice with VAT for the whole batch.
6. Return
Devices go back to the store, get mailed back, or are picked up — as arranged.
